With my work with clients I utilise a personalised approach where clients work one-on-one to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviours. By focusing on a person-centered therapeutic approach, I aim to create a supportive environment that encourages self-discovery and personal growth. This approach empowers clients to develop coping strategies and improve their emotional health.
Choosing Individual Therapy with me means receiving compassionate and tailored support that empowers you to explore personal challenges and foster emotional resilience. I believe that clients know themselves best, so a big part of my work is developing an understanding of the client's values, beliefs and strengths to enable them to see themselves more clearly and build their sense of self and personal awareness. Most therapists avoid providing "advice" to clients and instead work with clients to discover the best path forward that sits comfortably with them.
